We are committed to holding sufficient stock to meet all orders, in the event that we have insufficient stock to supply the goods ordered by you, we may supply a substitute product or refund you the price paid for the goods.

You may cancel your order with us within 14 days of the date of delivery to you. Please state the reason for cancellation at this time.

On cancellation, you must return the goods at your cost unless we agree that you may dispose of the goods. We recommend that you use a courier service or a 'signed for' service such as recorded delivery when returning items to us, as we will not accept liability for items lost in transit. Please also ensure that the goods have necessary cover as we will not accept goods for a refund that have been damaged in transit.

For cancellations that are due to faulty item(s), incorrect item(s) or an unsuitable substitution by us, we will meet the cost of return.

We ask that all customers retain their packaging material until they have assembled their items and ensure everything is to their satisfaction. If you wish to return any items for any reason we require it to be returned in its original packaging.

All damages must be reported within 48 hours of signing for. Anything after this can not be returned free of charge.
