PROPERTIES Drying time Under normal drying conditions recoatable after 4 hours. Finish Matt to mid sheen. Composition Pigment: Titanium Dioxide, light fast coloured pigments and extenders . Binder: VaVeoVa Copolymer. Solvent: Water. Spreading rate 16m² per litre. On textured surface the spreading rate will vary down to approx. 5m² per litre. Wet film thickness 63 micrometres @ 16m² per litre. Dry film thickness 21 micrometres @ 16m² per litre. Volume solids 34% Brilliant White, other colours will vary Flash point Not applicable. VOC content EU limit value for this product (cat.A/c): 40 g/l (2010) This product contains max. 1 g/l VOC. Limitations Do not apply when there is a risk of rain, air or substrate temperatures are likely to fall below 8ºC or when the relative humidity is above 80% during application or the drying period. Do not use on bitumen coatings. The decoration of Fletton brickwork either facings or commons is not recommended.

PREPARATION New surfaces All surfaces must be sound, suitably dry and free from anything that will interfere with the adhesion of the materials to be applied. Surfaces with suction (porous surfaces) should be treated with an application of Sandtex Trade Stabilising Solution. Previously decorated surfaces All surfaces must be sound, suitably dry and free from anything that will interfere with the adhesion of the materials to be applied. Remove all loose, and failing or suspect material by scraping or brushing with a stiff bristle brush (not wire) to a sound edge. Organic growth must be removed and the areas treated with Sandtex Trade Fungicide. For surfaces in poor condition mechanical means may be necessary e.g. pressure washing between 1500-2000 psi (102-136 bar), proprietary paint removal system, wet or dry grit blasting. Care must be taken not to damage the underlying surface. Fill cracks and small defects in masonry surfaces with Sandtex Trade Ready Mixed or Exterior Easiplast and finish to match existing.
